Our machine work principle:
Screw oil press machine is specially for cold and hot press. The material was push by the press screw and
squeezing during the pushing by the different capacity of the press kettle, the oil will discharge from the
space of the cage bar or the oil pocket. After the vacuum oil filter, the quality of the oil can be reached to
the cooking grade.
Our machine structure:
1. Power engine can provide more power to press materials to get more oil and to ensure the using safety.
2. Oil cake feeding system can press oil cake directly, it's can get more oil than other machine. If you don't want to get more oil cake, you also can no using it.
3. Squeezer is longer than other similar machines, it can be get more oil.
4. Electric cabinet is easy to operate, it's fully automatic. It also can adjust the temperature.
5. Oil filter can filter oil directly, it can get cleaner oil.
6. Oil cake: You can adjust the oil cake thickness. If you want to get more oil cake, you can make oil cake thick, otherwise, you can make the oil cake thinner.
7. Gearbox can adjust the speed to extand the squeezer using life.
8. Oil tank can storage the oil cake.
9. Hopper can storage the raw material and oil cake , oil cake though this part into squeezer to be pressed.
Usage:
Our machine can cold and hot press kinds of oil seeds, like sesame, peanut, soybean, sunflower, coconut and other materials.
Our machine can making edible oil, and the oil cake also can feeding to animals.
