Sunflower Small Scale Oil Cold Press Machine Automatic Mustard Oil Pressers

6YL series full automatic spiral oil press machine can work with a lot of different oil materials, such as the peanut, rapeseed, sesame, sunflower seed, soybean, flax seed, walnut seed, olive, avocado and so on. We also offer the testing service if some special material.

Intrduce of screw oil press machine:
1. It is equipped with 2 vacuum filter system, oil will be filtered by 3 layers, all solid impurities can be filtered, pure and clear oil can be produced. The final oil after this system can reach edible grade, oil can be sold direclty!
2. Screw oil presser equipped with L shape feeding cake system, it can help people feeding cake automaticly, pressing twice can extract most of oil in raw material, improve oil yield with same quatity raw material.
3. Design pressing system as bars, raw material will be pressed fully, and only leave thin oil lines to avoding slag leakage, avoid waste and save costs.
4. Control Panel use two languages, make operation easier.
5. Motor can be placed as needed, such as front, rear, or inside the machine frame( save space).
Packing and shipping of oil machine:
1. To prevent the machine from being eroded by seawater during transportation, we will wrap the machine in a film
2. Outside of the film, we will package the machine in wooden case that meet export standards to protect the screw oil pressers from damage during transportation.
3. The outermost layer of wooden box packaging will still be wrapped with film
