The process of getting avocado oil:

1 is washing →core removing→cutting→pressing→separating, this way is without drying, after press, you can separte the oil and water, but separate oil and water device is expensive,
2 is like picture shows: washing →core removing→cutting→drying→pressing→getting avocado oil.
This time, we will introduce second ways for you, many client use this way to get avocado oil.
1. Washing machine: because fresh avocado is dirty, wash it at first to remove dust and leaves.
2.Remove core to help you press easlier.
3. Cut avocado to pieces to let dry it easily.( you also can cut it by hand)
4. Dry avocado: the purpose of this process is to removing water from avocado.
5. Use filte cloth to pack avocado and use hydraulic oil press machine to press, you will get final avocado oil.
